Tulip Magnolia+ is not available. (early summer)
Description: Tulip Magnolia trees produce a dark honey with a surprisingly mild yet complex flavor. Some people have even described it as having a subtle smokey or buttery flavor. One added bonus of darker honey is that it's rich in antioxidants! Tulip Magnolia honey is great for baking, in tea, on biscuits, in peanut butter and honey sandwiches, smothered on toast, or in your favorite tea or coffee. Our unique blend is called Tulip Magnolia+ because of the many other nectar sources our bees harvest during the spring. Each additional nectar source gives the honey a special flavor.

Sourwood Honey is not available. (late summer)
Description: Sourwood honey is one of the most sought after honeys in the world. Sourwood has a rosey amber color and dynamic flavor: tender sweetness with rounded caramel notes on the back end. Sourwood Honey is hard to get because the tree only grows prolifically within America's eastern mountain corridors. The top sourwood honey producers come from the southern Appalachian mountain regions of eastern Tennessee, northern Georgia, and our hometown in western North Carolina.
