Jay has been a Student Pastor for over 20 years. He's also been a biological, adoptive, and foster parent for over 15 years. He pastors as Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church in Stuart, FL.

He created Let’s Parent on Purpose as a ministry of his church to help equip and encourage their parents as they seek to intentionally build children who will build the kingdom of God. He believes God has called us to be disciples who make disciples, and the greatest ministry you’ll ever have will be the one inside your home. He's created several resources to equip your family, including his Fun Family Conversations ebook, Marriage on Mission tool, and Things for Thursday newsletter.
